Probably most of us have or has owned some kind of military style clothing. It may be the camouflage look you favour, or the more dress military look but there is no doubt its popular. Footwear with military styling or intended for military use is incredibly popular and in the popularity stakes, jungle boots are right up there. I am not sure what the appeal is but it shows no sign of going anywhere soon. On a purely fashionable note, military detailing is often in evidence on the catwalks and in many fashion shoots in magazines.

Of course, on a practical level military clothing and footwear is ideal for many situations. Enthusiasts clothe themselves from head to toe in full military gear, and the footwear plays a huge part in that look. jungle boots with full army kit really does look the business as they say! People who hike, camp, fish and hunt often wear camouflage clothing to help them blend into the surroundings, and jungle boots help in the camouflage area. Any outdoor person likes to blend in rather than highlight themselves in neon bright clothes.

Therefore, to the jungle boots, fashion styled boots whilst looking military won’t have the high tech high spec build of a genuine pair of jungle boots. The likelihood is the fashion boots will probably cost more than the real thing. It seems madness to me that someone would pay more for just looks than they would for a proper pair of jungle boots. In truth, the savvy shopper could track down jungle boots used by military at less cost than they are paying for the impostor! The difference between the fashion boot and genuine jungle boot in the comfort stakes will be vast.

If you want the great looks then why not have them with the superior comfort as well. Military jungle boots will be crammed full of cutting edge materials and be incredibly comfortable and hard wearing. Moisture wick linings in jungle boots will keep feet dry and cool, the uppers will be breathable allowing air to circulate. Some types of jungle boots have extra vents and drainage to help maintain foot temperature at a comfortable level. With different boot heights and style details the jungle boot is a must for those serious about style.

Following fashion is one thing but suffering for it is altogether something different, and in my book pure looks alone for footwear just doesn’t work. Don’t compromise on comfort for pure style, as it’s quite frankly unnecessary with jungle boots. The looks you get with jungle boots is something that will have your friends clamouring to know exactly where you got them. Go all out for the military look by all means but do check out the genuine article when it comes to jungle boots, as they really are worth buying for durability as well as looks. Keep your cool with great jungle boots and look cool in the military way.
